Bay View is located near I-45 south and FM 646. From the I-45 south access road, turn right on FM 646 and right on Brookport Drive. Follow the signs to the model home park on Flower Creek Lane.
About the Community
Bay View is within the city of League City and an easy commute to industrial, oil industry, marine, air and space employment centers. Following his graduation from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration, Craig decided to try his hand at residential construction. Steve still takes time to play. On weekends away from the job-site, you can find him playing golf or enjoying baseball or just about anything out of doors.
Steve has a “hand-on” approach to building homes. He is never far from the construction-site, always keeping close supervision over progress.
