Driving Directions - Bay View

Bay View is located near I-45 south and FM 646. From the I-45 south access road, turn right on FM 646 and right on Brookport Drive. Follow the signs to the model home park on Flower Creek Lane.

About the Community

Bay View is within the city of League City and an easy commute to industrial, oil industry, marine, air and space employment centers. Conveniently located near the intersection of I-45 South and FM 646. The area offer a variety of outdoor activities, entertainment and shopping. Residents will enjoy the nearby Big League Dreams, access to Johnson Space Center and the Gulf Greyhound Park as well as close proximity to several well known golf courses and Galveston. A pool is underway within the community.

Steve Trapp - Construction Manager
After retirement from a career as a Construction Engineer with the Army, Steve took some time to play…in the dirt and sand industry, that is! Then, in the summer of 2006, he enlisted with Chesmar Homes as Construction Manager in Westheimer Lakes.

Steve still takes time to play. On weekends away from the job-site, you can find him playing golf or enjoying baseball or just about anything out of doors.

Steve has a “hand-on” approach to building homes. He is never far from the construction-site, always keeping close supervision over progress. Chesmar homebuyer’s will appreciate his penchant to oversee the detail with personal care. He states, “It is imperative to me to that I know that the homes I build are the best quality, I owe that to myself and to the homebuyer.”

Craig Spriggs - Construction Manager
Following his graduation from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration, Craig decided to try his hand at residential construction. He was able to successfully transition his business acumen to construction management. Chesmar Homes’ buyers will value Craig’s professionalism and work ethic, which is apparent with each home he builds.
