New Home Consultant: Doreen Stryjek
Doreen Stryjek has chosen the role of New Home Consultant for her fourth career and Chesmar is fortunate to be (her)  preferred location.  After being a stay at home Mom, school teacher, and Marketing Director Doreen spent five years as New Home Consultant for Lennar before moving over to Chesmar Homes.
 

A proud Mom, Doreen has two daughters who are construction superintendents for another builder and a son in the military.  She enjoys traveling, reading, gardening and spending time with her children when not on duty at the sales office. 
 

Doreen feels that trust and respect is key in every relationship, and crucial with a purchase as important as a new home.  She says, “I believe in creating a relaxed atmosphere for folks all through the building and closing process.”  Visitors to the Chesmar Homes model in Canyon Lakes West are sure to experience Doreen’s warm hospitality and can usually count on warm cookies right out of the oven.


 

Construction Manager: Randy Hayes

After completing his degree in forestry at Stephen F. Austin, serving with the Air Force and several years managing new home construction, Randy joined Chesmar Homes. 

 

Friends jokingly refer to Randy as “elephant man” referencing his extraordinary memory.  When not spending time with his family, Cindy and daughters Madison and Lauren, he can be found enjoying a good game of golf. 

 

Chesmar buyers will appreciate that Randy is recognized for giving 100% at anything he tackles.  He lives by the old adage that “any job done is worth doing right.”  Randy enthusiastically states, “I plan to help Chesmar grow while maintaining a quality product!”  Randy believes that the quality of the homes he builds is a reflection on himself.



Area Production Manager: Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction.  To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers.  He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.” 


Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey.  He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.


Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he builds and delivers.
