Marisa Ramirez - New Home Consultant
After achieving a degree in marketing, Marisa worked as a loan officer before going into new home sales. It’s easy to see she enjoys being around people and likes to spend time with her friends when not at work. Marisa also finds time to enjoy her four-legged friends, her dogs (three pugs and a Brussels Griffon).
Marisa’s upbeat personality and energy are reflected in everything she takes on. Chad Jones – Construction Manager
Before joining Chesmar Homes in Cinco Ranch, Chad Jones graduated from the University of Houston, with a degree in Finance. He brings a diverse accumulation of experience and accomplishments from sales to remodeling, as well as authoring and publishing a children’s book. Chad plans to continue to add to his achievements by working toward his MBA soon.
Away from Chesmar, Chad’s energy is directed into outdoor activities like running, swimming and skydiving. He also enjoys spending time with family. He states, boasting, “My entire family lives here in Houston!”
