Area Production Manager: Eric Olivero

After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps.  In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.

 

He and his bride Trish delight in rearing their young daughter Lauren and son Logan.  Included in Eric’s household are two hermit crabs, and he laments that he had a dog until it destroyed the patio furniture, after which, Trish sold him (the dog) back to the breeder. 

 

For enjoyment Eric enjoys target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.



Construction Manager: Adam Martin
While completing a degree in management at Sam Houston State University, Adam managed his own home repair and remodeling business.  Having managed his personal business he understands and places great importance on attention to detail and customer service.  He looks forward to learning and growing at Chesmar Homes.  Adam states his philosophy simply as, “There is always room for improvement”. 


Adam is married to Jennifer, a Texas A&M grad, and together they enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and sports.
