Driving Directions - Tuscan Lakes

 

To reach Tuscan Lakes, take IH-45 South to Exit 22 (Brittany Bay/Calder Road), turn left over the bridge and

East on SH 96.  Turn right on Louisiana Street, left on Lago Nicola, then right to Lomelina Lane and the model.


About the Community

Vicki Trevino - New Home Consultant

 

Vicki achieves great satisfaction in guiding families through the selection and building process to realize the dream of home ownership.  She is a good listener, which helps her to identify the home-shopper’s needs, desires, or special circumstance in a home.  To Vicki, helping families is job #1.  Eight years with Pampered Chef was good training ground for her, its where she gained important insight into what women (and men) want in a new home. 

 

During her days away from the sales office, Vicki can be found spending time with her two daughters, and her two dogs Behr and Krissie.  She soaks up out-of-doors time as much as she can by playing volleyball and softball, as well as working dilligently in her yard.

 

Larry Coomer – Area Production Manager

 

For 20+ years Larry Coomer has committed himself to building the American dream for Houston area families.  Building homes is his favorite thing to do, and he is known for both his proficiency and pace.  Larry proudly states that he once completed a home from start to finish in 32 days. 


Larry is most proud of his two sons, one of which is a high school student and the other a student at Baylor University.  When not building homes, he takes great pleasure in spending as much time as he can with them.

Steve Trapp - Construction Manager

After retirement from a career as a Construction Engineer with the Army, Steve took some time to play…in the dirt and sand industry, that is!  Then, in the summer of 2006, he enlisted with Chesmar Homes as Construction Manager in Westheimer Lakes. 

Steve still takes time to play.  On weekends away from the job-site, you can find him playing golf or enjoying baseball or just about anything out of doors.

Steve has a “hand-on” approach to building homes.  He is never far from the construction-site, always keeping close supervision over progress.  Chesmar homebuyer’s will appreciate his penchant to oversee the detail with personal care.  He states, “It is imperative to me to that I know that the homes I build are the best quality, I owe that to myself and to the homebuyer.”
