Linda LeMay - New Home Consultant:
Linda is a people-person. She has an innate ability to adapt to her environment and with that to different kinds of people. Ben Cook - Senior Construction Manager
Ben Cook has been overseeing the construction of new homes for more than six years. After grad-school in Boston he made his way back home to Texas and the Houston area. Chesmar Homes is pleased to have Ben manage construction of the company’s homes in Park Lakes. Ben loves being out doors and he enjoys time off camping and backpacking. His special project away from work is converting a bus into a RV.
Ben takes great pride in each home under his care; he reports that he builds each home, as it was his own. “I want my home to be the best home I can have, so that when I turn it over to the home owner they will be happy and proud that I built their new home.”
Eric Olivero - Area Production Manager
After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps. In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.
He and his bride Trish delight in rearing their young daughter Lauren and son Logan. Included in Eric’s household are two hermit crabs, and he laments that he had a dog until it destroyed the patio furniture, after which, Trish sold him (the dog) back to the breeder.
For enjoyment Eric enjoys target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.
